At Venus, corporate social responsibility is of paramount importance. We firmly believe in giving back to the community in which we live and work. Some of the organizations and initiatives we are proud to be involved with include:
Provides educational opportunities to girls aged six to 14 years from socially and economically disadvantaged communities in India who traditionally have no access to schooling. The aim is to break the cycle of illiteracy that girls from such communities are mired in. This is done through local community based Learning Centers where they are provided meaningful and stimulating education to guide their entry into formal schooling. We have supported the opening of new centers with our own contributions as well as bringing new corporate donors on board for this cause.

The key programs are focused on Public Health, Livelihoods, Education, Gender Focus, Leadership, Relief and Rehabilitation. A recently highlighted AIF program is MANSI (Maternal and Newborn Survival Initiative) as India has over 750,000 fatalities every year during pregnancy.
